http://www.facebook.com/pages/OLO-Evangelism-VISHAAL-BEHL/319480461424491 What did Jesus mean when He said, "Take up your cross and follow Me" Question: "What did Jesus mean when He said, "Take up your cross and follow Me" (Matthew 16:24; Mark 8:34; Luke 9:23)?"Answer: Let's begin with what Jesus didn't mean. Many people interpret "cross" as some burden they must carry in their lives: a strained relationship, a thankless job, a physical illness. With self-pitying pride, they say, "That's my cross I have to carry." Such an interpretation is not what Jesus meant when He said, "Take up your cross and follow Me."When Jesus carried His cross up Golgotha to be crucified, no one was thinking of the cross as symbolic of a burden to carry. To a person in the first-century, the cross meant one thing and one thing only: death by the most painful and humiliating means human beings could develop. Two thousand years later, Christians view the cross as a cherished symbol of atonement, forgiveness, grace, and love. But in Jesus' day, the cross represented nothing but torturous death. Because the Romans forced convicted criminals to carry their own crosses to the place of crucifixion, bearing a cross meant carrying their own execution device while facing ridicule along the way to death. Therefore, "Take up your cross and follow Me" means being willing to die in order to follow Jesus. This is called "dying to self." It's a call to absolute surrender. After each time Jesus commanded cross bearing, He said, "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?" (Luke 9:24-25). Although the call is tough, the reward is matchless.Wherever Jesus went, He drew crowds. Although these multitudes often followed Him as Messiah, their view of who the Messiah really was—and what He would do—was distorted. They thought the Christ would usher in the restored kingdom. They believed He would free them from the oppressive rule of their Roman occupiers. Even Christ's own inner circle of disciples thought the kingdom was coming soon (Luke 19:11). When Jesus began teaching that He was going to die at the hands of the Jewish leaders and their Gentile overlords (Luke 9:22), His popularity sank. Many of the shocked followers rejected Him. Truly, they were not able to put to death their own ideas, plans, and desires, and exchange them for His.Following Jesus is easy when life runs smoothly; our true commitment to Him is revealed during trials. Jesus assured us that trials will come to His followers (John 16:33). Discipleship demands sacrifice, and Jesus never hid that cost.In Luke 9:57-62, three people seemed willing to follow Jesus. When Jesus questioned them further, their commitment was half-hearted at best. They failed to count the cost of following Him. None was willing to take up his cross and crucify upon it his own interests. Therefore, Jesus appeared to dissuade them. How different from the typical Gospel presentation! How many people would respond to an altar call that went, "Come follow Jesus, and you may face the loss of friends, family, reputation, career, and possibly even your life"? The number of false converts would likely decrease! Such a call is what Jesus meant when He said, "Take up your cross and follow Me."If you wonder if you are ready to take up your cross, consider these questions:• Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing some of your closest friends?• Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means alienation from your family?• Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means the loss of your reputation?• Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing your job?• Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing your life?In some places of the world, these consequences are reality. But notice the questions are phrased, "Are you willing?" Following Jesus doesn't necessarily mean all these things will happen to you, but are you willing to take up your cross? If there comes a point in your life where you are faced with a choice—Jesus or the comforts of this life—which will you choose?Commitment to Christ means taking up your cross daily, giving up your hopes, dreams, possessions, even your very life if need be for the cause of Christ. Only if you willingly take up your cross may you be called His disciple (Luke 14:27). The reward is worth the price. Jesus followed His call of death to self ("Take up your cross and follow Me") with the gift of life in Christ: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it" (Matthew 16:25-26). Amen ! Vishaal Behl.

Vishaal Behl -The Time Of Harvest Is Here Now. Vishaal Behl.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

These very words were the commission that Jesus proclaimed his ministry with and they are also our commission that we are to live by. He gave every true believer a calling to go and share His word with all the world. In Mark 16:15 it is written "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Shortly after this Jesus descended into Heaven leaving us to fulfill our destiny and purpose on the earth. When He said "Go ye into all the world" that includes our own land!!! It is time to go out and bring home those precious ones who have been lied to and made captives and enslaved to the evil that has taken over America. Our once Godly nation has now become one of the biggest mission fields in the world today. No matter what other “callings and gifts” we are given, all believers have a commission and a calling to bring the good news to whosoever will believe, wherever you are, whenever you can.
Lofty words are easy to say and it seems much harder to actually move into action. But haven't you ever dreamed of sharing God's love with someone who is pulled out of the jaws of death itself and watch the love of Jesus fill them before your very eyes, transforming their lives forever and you were there!!! It's a life-changing experience that you can never forget. Although it seems a little scary at first, there is a way to make it easier and a lot of fun. . Our fellow Christians there have a large amount of experience with a simple non-aggressive way to approach people and share the gospel and help those who are lost find their way to Jesus who loves them so much. It is so simple and our brother Vishaal Behl has offered to train us in the hands-on the way they are taking the word of God and gently bringing thousands to the Lord. We will be going out in small groups, each led by experienced trainers. You don't have to say anything until you feel led by God to do so, this is not high pressure. But really, the most natural thing you can is to share the gospel with whosoever will listen. When you speak the word of God, the fear and lies the enemy has maliciously whispered in our ears is burned away before the presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ. And when the anointing comes, you will experience first hand the miracles and incredible joy that comes by following the word and will of God in your life.

Vishaal Behl and Evangelism team are training, on walking in the anointing of God in your life and how to win souls for the Kingdom of Lord . “Jesus loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life”,

The God of the universe is with you. He is marking out your path, even in the dark night. He is protecting, guiding, conquering, though you may not see any of that.

Be at peace.
Rest easy.

Vishaal Behl-GOD LOVES YOU!

                                                 Vishaal Behl-GOD LOVES YOU!

Yes that's right, God loves you! He knew you and loved you before you were made. He named you and set you aside for great things, before He even made the foundations of the world. - How amazing is that!?!

And because He loves you so so much, He wants only the best for you. And the more you focus on Him, the more He will focus on you! While you are busy looking up at Him and worshiping Him, He is busy looking at you and your life. And making it better for you!

And if you feel like God wants you to do or say something - do it! Don't chicken out. When you stop yourself doing something that you thought God wanted you to do you are actually stopping Him! He works through you. You are the vessel through which He uses to speak to and show His love and light for everyone around you! When you stop yourself from saying something to someone because "it might not be well received" or "this isn’t the right time" you are actually stopping Him! And as good as you’re intentions may be, who are you to stop God from doing something? Who are you to stop God from talking to someone He loves?

If you live in the fear of rejection, God can't use you properly. If you focus on Him and doing things for Him - because you love Him- then He will have you doing wonderful things you never thought you'd be able to do.

Focus on him enough and one day you will look back on the last few years/months/weeks/days and think "how did I do that?" "When did that happen?" "Since when did I have the confidence and courage to say that kind of thing? And to so many people!"

Focus on God and He will focus on you. - The possibilities are endless!

God will make your way, He has a wonderful plan for you. Jesus loves you. Amen !

Adding brisk walks in your day may help keep depression away, suggests researchers in Scotland, adding more evidence to studies on this depression treatment.

It is widely known that exercise can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of depression, but it is not known whether a less strenuous activity like walking has the same effect.

Vishaal Behl's insight:
Vishaal Behl – WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL Worried

Vishaal Behl Preaches....

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL
Worried
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. John 14:1
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let
your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6, 7
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and
be ye thankful. Colossians 3:15
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in
thee. Isaiah 26:3
I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.
Psalm 4:8
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall
drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the
body than raiment?
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet
your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought
for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and to-morrow is cast into
the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, 0 ye of little faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or,
Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your
heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be
added unto you.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things’ of
itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Matthew 6:25-34
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall
be sweet. Proverbs 3:24
For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if
they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the
world, There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. Hebrews 4:3, 9
Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. Psalm 119:165
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the
Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Psalm 91:1, 2
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Blessings

Just because you don't see the sign, don't mean its not present but that God make things happen in his way and timing and clarity it may be right there in your face but you are not prepared or ready and you are keeping yourself from seeing the reality of God's miracle I stead seeing that which is not right but left to distract your receiving God's blessing for your life. Shake of the dust from the past here and now pack it under your feet and receive yours back unto you and move on, in Jesus name not your own. Look to God he is the answer not man. Let God repair your vision 20/20 JESUS is perfect vision where as 20/20 man  vision is temporary by every means No man can see God and live because after that man will die to the flesh and be changed, in Jesus name it is so.
