S Cambodia has the better factories progam that helps limit it 

R talk about having it in bangladesh now its more urgent 

C: cambodia had lots of civil war better factories first step to industrilization 

R: US gets good tariff free because they keep track of factory conditions

R: 2005 US trade agreement expired we no longer get reports and fix things 

C people argue that worker contracts have decreased minimum wage has gone down work place infractions go unpunished 

C: 80% workers are hired on short term contracts 

S: prevention program lost its edge but it still makes a difference 

S disclosing the companies that dont follow the rules in an effort to get the egde back 

S compliance violaters must be named 

R: companies head argue that being named damages brands reputation and that it is not a constructive step

R bangladesh has the losest price to make clothing in the world 

c: Most companies dont do direct buisness with the factories 

s US has to start being more careful and looking into it 

s big companies are spending money to upgrade factories 

S: Disney is pulling its factory out of bangladesh because it's clothing was found in a november fire 

C: Companies and retailers are not paying enough attention to the factories and poor work conditions 

S Disney should not come out they are a huge player and are a huge source and bangladesh factory income
