Site purpose

Over the last few years the number of students with Aspergers enrolling in vocational courses has increased. Contrary to popular belief they are not all studying I.T courses...like neuro typical students (non Aspies) they are studying in a range of courses such as Hospitality, Building trades, Business and Retail, Electrical and Engineering.
For some teachers a student with Aspergers will be a new type of learner in their class and therefore this site is intended to assist them with information that may assist them to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
