Stress: we always hear people at work say “I am stressed, I need go home” or some people just walk out and doesn’t show up next day.  We need ask why people feel stressed at work, what create the stress. Is the stress work related or is it from private?

 

We can feel stressed at work if we are tired or if we are sick, or sometimes if we have too much work and we have to work extra time to finish the work. To me, I feel stressed when I am not appreciated or I am disrespected by others or customer. But how can we deal with this kind of stress?  

 

A good way is to manager our break, like lunch break, holiday break to make sure people feel being looked after by employer. To provide counselling for employees when needed, to rotate roles such as I am working in front of the computer for two days, I’d love to work in the file room for a day to relax brain and exercise my body since exercise is always a good way to reduce stress.
