Everyone has a some levels of stress in their life. This stress ranges from minor everyday stress to some irrelavent problems that doesn't happen that often. Therefore, when you get stressed out keep some things in mind to bring yourself down. First, take a step back from the situation, there is no reason why you can't try to comprehend what is going on from an outside and calm perspective. Then, try to take a deep breath, when stressful, it is proven that you tend to have less oxygen flow to your brain so make it absolute that you are taking deep breaths. Finally, do another activity to take you mind off the situation at hand. It doesn't have to be some big or long, but make sure that you try to clear your head before coming back.
