“It’s the ability to get back in the game after you’ve had some sort of failure. And indeed, we can learn to become more resilient,” says social scientist and leadership expert Frank Niles, PhD. Niles says there are a number of science-backed areas people can address to help them be more resilient.

As I'm an accounting student, I look forward to work in corporate sector.I reckon there should be  stress free work environment in order to work happily and peacefully . This article gives excellent tips as to how to survive stress as work which I found very useful to me. In a stress free work environment, employees would tend to give  their commitment to accomplish the assigned tasks on time.
