Spotify announced that, after saying they would put restrictions on their music after the first 6 months, they would put an extension on not making people pay. Honestly, I think listeners will be very happy with this idea but at the same time, artists are not going to be as happy due to them not getting exactly what they want.

Spotify is replacing MTV as an avid music channel because MTV is no longer about music anymore. I agree with this completely. I think spotify is a great media source when it comes to the search for music. Pandora is the only other good source for music and I think Spotify is outdoing Pandora in this industry.
