i agree with taking measures necessary but NFL is taking this as a great advertising opporitunity to sell there merchandise. As if they didnt make enough money already

New rules and regulations adopted by the NFL are being enforced around the league.  One of the big changes is the bag policy at the stadium.  I personally attended a NFL game at the Broncos stadium in 2013, and I was permitted to bring my black backpack in the stadium with me.  I would no longer be able to do that if I went to a game this past season.  Clear bags are the only kind permitted at the stadium.  This is a result of the Boston Marathon bombing.

Should this be nationwide? Another way to make your patrons feel safe during ritual tailgating parties.

Scott Chadwick's comment, June 26, 2016 11:35 PM
This is something that should be applied at all stadiums.

Small article about some recent changes at NFL stadiums.  I had to go through this process when I went to the Braves game a couple of weeks ago.  Not a bad process when enough people are working the gate.

D'aundra's curator insight, June 26, 2016 5:50 PM

This article it regarding the new security measures taken at the NFL facilities. Metal detectors will be in place at all NFL stadiums to detect any hazards to the fans. Included is a list of prohibited items so leave them at home, to make the process easier.
