It seems as though digging for the truth in journalism no longer applies until it's too late. Looks like journalism majors will be expecting a resurgent morals and ethics lesson in school.

Two examples that prove why parents tell their children, "honesty is the best policy." I remember growing up as a kid and doing something stupid. News would get back to my father as to what I did. This lead to him giving me an opportunity to come clean with honesty. If I did, my punishment would be less severe than if he knew I was lying.

My mother is a prime example of how getting back to business after a major surgery can help with the rehabilitation process. She had several major surgeries, many of which were spinal focused. There was one time she had a fusion done in her C-vertebray, and only a few days later she was back in the pool swimming to a faster recovery than most others would experience.

This article speaks for itself. Doping seems to be an issue no matter where you are in the world. This following the admission of Lance Armstrong. Will we be seeing a trend of athletes coming clean? New motto: "If Lance can do it, we can too (Livestrong)."

This article sits near and dear to my heart. After several years of dealing with acute and chronic back pain associated with a disc herniation in my L5, S1. Physical therapy did help with my symptoms of sciatica, but it takes time and effort from both the patient and the practitioner.
