Even though I am not yet certified, even I can see this little boy's form is horrible on most of his exercises. His younger (five-year-old) sister has better form than he does. Yet, his father is standing there "coaching" him to keep going. While this does not directly address ethical issues, they are completely obvious. Is it ethical to start training children with weights, or at all really, at such a young age? When would be a more appropriate age?
