Unfortunately as has been said here before, DUI's happen to everyone. For every drink a person takes it can take upwards of an hour for that drink to be processed in your system. Mixed drinks are worse. There is no way to know what the bartender poured, was it a heavy pour or light, and many drinks mix two or three different alcohols. This doesn't even take into account the possession charge. Mr. Smith needs to have a good DUI and Drug possession attorney. The focus of this article was on how Rex Ryan told his players he would punch Bill Belichick in the face before the game. This was a mechanism he used to motivate his players before the start of the game, however there are other ways he could have gotten his players to feel ready for the game. This relats to class because it demonstrates an unethical approach for motivation and shows that violence should not be used as a way to amp up your players. This relates to being a sports manager because as a coach in the public eye it is important not to send the wrong message to your team and the community. If you are a successful coach or manager, you don't want others to feel as if the reason you succeed is because you use violence and threats to motivate players.

Rex Ryan was joking around and said that he was going to punch Bill Belichick in the face before the game to set a precedent for the game. While he was joking, this is a good example of Autocratic leadership style. The decision comes down to themselves and is not concerned with what others may think and being the head football coach gives them this position. I would like to become a coach some day so it is good to read articles like this and see how different coaches and managers handle having power and what they choose to do with it.
