This article is a perfect example of a league and a players' association butting heads over an issue. The NBA wants to adopt drug testing for HGH and the players' association is not in agreeance. Some sort of mutual agreement will need to be met in order to satisfy both sides of the issue and keep a fair view on employee relations.

This lawsuit has been huge in the realm of employee relations. The NFL found itself in a heap of trouble with its players and fans after the evidence continued to stack against them in the great concussion debate. This settlement may finally calm some of the anger in this very public lawsuit.
