    There is no doubt, this year is a big one for the soccer world, as the countdown begins to the World Cup in Brazil that will kick off this June. But the soccer-crazy nation may prove a disappointment to tourists, given the chaotic state of preparations.
    Many experts don’t think is a good time for Brazil to host the World Cup.  Flávio Borges, a 33-year-old systems analyst from Rio belives that Brazil needs to have political reform, economic reforms, and then they could host the World Cup.
