aereo is pretty interesting bc it's taking existing free content and wrapping it in much needed technology. as a cable cutter, I like to see acceptable alternatives to the likes of comcast and at&t. I'm still a little unsure of the pricing tho... it's basically licensing their software to get a more valuable version of something that you already get for free.

biz's description is pretty vague, but I am assuming it has something to do w/ collective intelligence given the reference to "we" intelligence. will be interesting to see... I wonder if biz is totally removed from 'medium' and if this initiative signals that as somewhat of a failure...
