NEW - Likes and LIKES Of New User Interface [Revisited] | Social on the GO!!! |

I created a quiet riot with a post about my Likes and Dislikes of's new UI last week ( ). How much we love this magical tool Guilluame and Marc created was clear. Poor Guilluame steps off a plane and someone hands him my bomb. Kudos to him and his team for their immediate response to bring back our beloved features (great job).

I spent the day working more extensively with the new, much more visual UI and LOVE IT.....

Martin, I suggest you follow Robin:Good's practice to put your name at the beginning of your comments. Reason is: when re-re-re-scooped it becomes hard to tell who's talking among the author and the many curators. what' s your take?

Love the new UI because: Macro View Rocks.

* More like a magazine now.

* Macro view organized by members not alpha (BETTER).

* More URL control (careful with this).

* Better colors (white instead of black makes things pop better).

* Colors = create great emphasis on visuals.

* More feedback information easier to find.

* More "infinite waterfall" feel.

* Better display of comments [more of a conversation now].

* Easier to manage, display and curate MORE feeds.

There are other cool things about the new UI I am forgetting (its early and no breakfast yet :). Will keep adding to this list, but New UI ROCKS.

One other important note. team deserves KUDOS too. They worked hard to get feedback and include the community in their change and did a great job.

I've been through some of these big changes and bet not many Scoopers have slept much lately. Go home, get some sleep, Merry Christmas and GREAT JOB!

Hi students (and visitors). If you are having trouble with your profile photo changing every time that you post a new scoop, you can fix it by following these directions that a representative from sent me:
Indeed there's a setting to avoid that. Tell your students that on their Curate page, click on Manage>Customizations>untick "Last Post Image" box and click on Save.

Thank you for the rescoop. It looks like you have a great site. If I spoke Spanish, I would follow it.

Hi Ken, no need to speak Spanish to follow me or read my stuff.
