Point Chrome's RSS Subscription Extension to Feedly | post past :: james murty

Dr Zuleyka Zevallos's insight:

If you use Chrome, the RSS Subscription Extension (by Google) makes it really easy to add blog feeds (see it in the Chrome Store). Feedly is the best way to read your blog subscriptions, but there is no easy instructions on Google nor on Feedly on how to merge the two. Here's an easy fix via James Murty:

"Open the extension's options, e.g. via Tools > Extensions.Hit the Add... button to add a new feed reader.Set the Description to "Feedly" or whatever you like, and set the URL tohttp://cloud.feedly.com/#subscription/feed/%s....
Save the new entry, and make sure it's your default."

How to add multiple Tumblr blog posts to IFTTT

"ifttt.com will only support  one account per channel at a time. You may change the account/information associated with any Channel by clicking the EDIT CHANNEL button on its specific page ifttt.com/channels

As a temporary workaround, I recommend locating your blog's RSSand plug it into IFTTT's Feed channel ifttt.com/feed to trigger from new posts added to a blog outside of IFTTT's Tumblr channel!"
