A great free tool for an easy search of Flickr for Creative Commons images that you can adapt and use. The format is neat once you set the search conditions. Gives you the download options and the html code for the attribution. Speeds up my usual Flickr or Creative Commons search for images.

This is a great free app to show what key words your followers are using. So, if you are a news site pushing out tweets on the top stories, you can monitor how those tweets were received and shared and, if necessary, respond by following up on the issues raised. It makes it easier to monitor and respond to the conversation created by your content.

Lucidpress is a web app which allows you to design, layout, format and publish most any type of document or publication without needing to buy an expensive software program. The key advantage of Lucidpress is that it offers one editing environment to prepare both print and digital publications for the web or mobile devices. Final work can be exported to high quality PDF files, or to JPG, PNG or PDF files for individual pages. Lucidpress integrates with Google Drive and it allows to easily import texts, images as well as video clips from YouTube. My comment: There is certainly a need for an easy-to-use web-based design environment for pubs of all kinds which Lucidpress attempts to intercepts. The design app is quite powerful and well designed but unless you are a designer you are going to be disappointed with the results. Available templates are few and very old-fashioned. This is probably the area where Lucidpress has the maximum opportunity for improvement. Integrating quality design into the service and non-design customers will do the rest. Free to use. It seems a useful tool. Free of charge to download, use and upload material but check the copyright notices on the Terms and Conditions to check who owns what and when that changes. I mailed them asking whether there was a Creative Commons option for those more interested in reach rather than revenue and the answer was "for the moment we do not support the CC license model, although situation can change in the future." Would be a good option to add.
