Those brands are all very familiar for the people, and the most interesting thing is ,I know the last one Jetsetter all through the social media, I was planned a travel to Aus and my friend on Facebook told me about this website.

Not only new brand need the social media to expand them, some big and famous brand also need social media to communicate with customer, this article is talk about 10 famous brand which is also use social media as well.

One of the secrets that those brands gain many fans on social media is always share their news and discount information on their Face book and Twitters, new products and discount coming are all shared trough social media with people as soon as possible , its not makes the customer aot new information quickly, also expand the new product quickly.

This shows that facebook reaches a large number of people across the globe and has a good mass apeal. This can be used as a potential platform for businesses to market themseleves and their products. Many businesses already use this platform and statistics show that

1) There are 2 billion connections between local businesses and people

2) 70% active facebook users in the US are connected to atleast one local business

3) on an average week in the US there are more than 645 million views on local businesses and 13 million comments

4) 47% of americans say that facebook has a greater impact on their purchasing behaviour than any other social network website

5) 33% of millenium csutomers are more likely to buy from a company if they have a facebook page

6) 82% of people say that they trust a company more if their CEO is active on facebook


This shows that most businesses benefit from either having a facebook page and marketing their products on facebook through the page. It fills a gap between the consumer and the marketer and hence makes the company more approachable. Most A facebook page also allows the marketer to gain customer feedback as this is one of the most difficult things to obtain by any other method.
