A very important point is highlighted in this article, the fact that the big banks have become too complex and too big to manage which is true, and the absence of the link between the risk, the reward and the responsability. and that points out the same problem on the shadow banks that are not enough regulated even after the financial crisis of 2008.

The EU executive anad tne regulators worry about the shadow banking that represents $70 trillions. Since the lenders are more tightky regulated they will shift to the shadow banking system. Pearson said that classic banks are thinking of creating their own shadow banks... Is the banking system changing?
