Sensibilisation : l’usage d’un Serious Game est il une bonne idée ?

Il s’agit là d’une question que l’on nous pose de plus en plus fréquemment avec le déploiement de plus en plus fréquent de ces outils dans les entreprises.

L’utilisation d’un Serious Game pour une opération de sensibilisation peut être une bonne idée mais dans certaines conditions uniquement. Il faut en effet garder à l’esprit les caractéristiques et les contraintes associées à la mise en oeuvre d’une campagne de sensibilisation. De la même façon il convient de définir ce que l’on entend par Serious Game et à partir de quel moment un support de sensibilisation peut être qualifié de Serious Game.
