Hey hey everyone! Hope you guys are doing well and are having a great week. Today we re going to talk about The Math behind selling personal training. The reason why math is important in sales is because sales is for the most part a numbers game. If you sell something long enough you can determine your analytics. Analytics are the discovery and communication of meaningful patterns in data. When selling personal training common analytics I track are: Lead source (Where we found our contact) and % How many appointments booked and % How many appointment showed and % Appointment types (IE: Consultation, Free Session etc) and % How many sessions sold and % Price per session and % Male vs. Female and % Age groups and % The reason I like tracking these analytics is because I want to determine where our time and resources are spent most effectively.
