An experiment was done with the low income community in Cincinnati, Ohio where they received a computer training to poor women.

 

The project received a lot of support from a non government organization but the organizers realized that technology may not be enough to answer and solve poverty. It can be a tool in generating jobs but not enough to support their needs. After talking to participants, experts found out that technology gives hope and develop their self esteem. With the help of the government and a solid political action, time will come that technology will be the answer to the problems of humankind.
