Historical mistrust and relatively weak trade links could amplify the Magnitsky Act's damage to U.S.-Russian relations, although Washington will likely use caution in applying sanctions to Russians suspected of human rights violations, analysts said.

The relationship between Russia and the U.S. might be in danger of slipping back into old habits. the Magnitsky Bill is loosely enforced by the U.S. when it was signed by President Obama, and the  Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov caimes the it is "an invasion into our internal affairs.

Four years ago, US President Barack Obama was Kenya's favourite son - when he was elected president, the country declared a public holiday to celebrate.

I personally find it qutie interseting that Kenya is so concerned with President Obama being re-elected, and that he hasn't really been talking about Africa or more specifically Kanya itslef.

This article represents south Africa's geography. South Africa is bordered by the Atlantic and Indian Ocean. Lesotho is three times the size of California. The area of South  Africa is mostly dry and most of Africa's population is near the coast.
