Media planning in an enterprise (as we see in this story of "Bussines 2 Community"), is essential to the success of the company.

 

In a time when the technologies are the order of the day, and people increasingly interact more with them, companies can not only be a wall, need to be a two-way conversation with the customer.

 

Not only by the customer and their satisfaction, also improving the company.

 

Such important things as:

-Know what  customer wants.
-Be on the agenda.
-Stay in a media environment, very influential today.
-Improve the most negative parts of the company.
-Knowing  public and consumers thinks, through our communication, and solving the problems.
-Knowing our competitors.
-Increase our advertising and branding.

-Increase BENEFITS.

 

If you still do not think that media planning is important, you should re-read a few times the previously mentioned benefits.

Social media marketing is not optional for any organization.

 

Is time to create a social media marketing plann, to detail your organization’s social media goals and the actions necessary to achieve them.

 

Social media is not about pummeling your potential audience with your message, it’s about strategically using tools to build a relationship with people. 

 

The way:


Listening

Listen to what people are saying about your organization.


Setting goals

Once you understand your audience’s behavior, location, tastes, and needs.


Defining strategies

How do you plan to accomplish your goals?


Identifying the audience

This is where you identify the audience you want to reach with your social media communication.


Selecting tools

By now you should have determined the social media sites where your target audience resides.


Implementing

You know what you want to accomplish, you identified your audience and you selected the best tools to reach them.


Monitoring

 It’s important to track, measure and evaluate your organization’s social media marketing initiatives.


Tuning

There is nothing stagnant about social media. It is a constantly changing method of engaging directly with your audience. These dynamic platforms result in the need to continuously adjust and improve your social media marketing campaign to maximize its success.

Hi Marta! As you comment, I think it is so important to listen to our target and speak to them by different mediums, but I thiyou have forgot something to say. I think the most important key of all resides on what we talk about in these mediums, because we can't forget that we have to add value to our public lives. Why would we care about being 24/7 in out target livings if what we say doesn't matter for them?
