New Magic quadrant for Sale Force Automation ; a pretty stable market with three among the 4 megavendors leading the charge together with Salesforce.Com

Only one real new entrant this year.

Funny that the market has not been significantly (yet) disrupted by mobility and the fact that Automation may be not the key goal anymore. Need for Sales forces assistants or coach to help sell better not only manage the sales process.
