While Strategic Visualisation, Formulation and Execution appear to be the key focus of most Organisations, Communication of the Strategy in a clear and effective manner is essential. The very people who are supposed to execute the strategy need to understand it. Failure of executives to communicate their strategies could result in a dichotomy of the strategy-full and the strategy-less. The message is clear to executives; involve your employees in your strategy and communicate it or watch as those visions rapidy turn into nightmares.
