Malik MK's insight:

New Dehli : The Indian legal system has been floored with corruption for decades, its impossible if not, extremely difficult for non Hindu's and the poor to secure their rights in that country. India made a U turn in recent elections, from secularism to National Hindu State by voting in BJP candidate, Modi. It would be foolhardy to expect anything but biased legal verdicts from the fascist mindset, which by design will breed more victims of crime.

This new India is expected to hasten on the brutal practices, making life a living hell for non Hindu's and lower casts. Justice is already scarce for the poor in Indian, that make up an estimated 60% of the population, close to '750 million people', that live below the world's poverty benchmark.

The base is only couple of hundred miles from the USA coastline, close enough to dampen any bold designs against Russian interests. The reopening of the base poses serious challenges for the USA, especially, if Russia intends to or already has deployed missile capability on the Island.
