How to get more enjoyment out of running - by Helium01 - Helium

I thought this was a good article because I seem to be struggling with not giving up. It is the third week of group training for a 5k in May, and I am really struggling! I'm working on my form, and what not, but it seems like I am not improving (although my time says that I am). And to top it off, I am so dang tired! LOL

 

Don't give up! Don't lose heart! I will make it to the end of this 10 weeks!!!!
