Digital Citizenship: Nine elements of Digital Citizenship is a great resource.  I have used it in my classroom for the past year.  This book has excellent examples and mini-lessons that can be incorporated into a digital lesson for your learners.

I discovered last year how resourceful this site was for me as an educator.  I had the opportunity to introduce Digital Citizenship and Netiquette skills to my gifted learners, grades Kindergarten-Fifth.  The character "Clicky" explains everything in a kid-friendly manner. In addition, there are videos and pre-made lessons for overwhelmed teachers.
