Depuis février 2013, le groupe La Poste a mis en place une expérimentation digitale dans trois bureaux. Les guichetiers testent l'utilisation de tablettes pour gérer toutes les demandes clients. Ce projet fédère à la fois les collaborateurs dans les bureaux et les équipes de la DSI.

Dans la salle de la Digital acceleration team (DAT) de Nestlé, un mur de 12 grands écrans affiche tout ce qui se dit sur le web à propos des marques du groupe. Tweets, posts Facebook, messages LinkedIn, échanges sur les forums, vidéos... prennent la forme de courbes, cartes et autres schémas, 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. De quoi réagir très vite quand les voyants passent au rouge.

Il faut dire qu’en 2010, Nestlé avait été pris au piège des médias sociaux avec l’affaire de l’huile de palme dans les barres chocolatées KitKat. Face à une attaque en règle de Greenpeace par vidéo YouTube interposée, il avait réagi de la pire des manières : le déni et même les menaces envers les internautes.

Un désastre devenu un cas d’école. Pour autant, Nestlé se refuse à qualifier sa DAT de "war room". Arguant que ce programme est surtout un guide interne pour stimuler l’innovation numérique et l’intégrer pleinement dans la stratégie de marque et les activités.

"Les membres de la DAT viennent des quatre coins du monde pour entreprendre des projets transversaux, soutenir les unités d’affaires dans la gestion des communautés et bénéficier d’une formation de premier ordre, raconte un porte-parole au siège du groupe. Ils retournent ensuite sur leur marché d’origine pour transférer les connaissances acquises et transformer les initiatives numériques locales." Détail qui a son importance, la DAT est installée au siège, à l’étage de la direction. De quoi lui rappeler chaque jour, en images, l’impact des réseaux sociaux...
