YR1- Past & Present Family Life. It's all fun & games

YR1- Past & Present Family Life. It's all fun & games | Resources for Primary History | Scoop.it

This unit is about helping students compare their own childhood with the childhoods of their parents and grandparents. To do this, they will look at activities done each day during the week and on weekends, toys, games, music devices, school and life in general for themselves, a parent and a grandparent. There is a lot of dialogue between older family members and the students as they share their thoughts and memories with the children.
