This is another in a long line of publications, releases, and analyses that have at their root, a deep concern for the indebtedness of homeowners: call it the 'let's prevent a US-style melt-down' strategy.  

 

These concerns are valid - although the superheated markets of Vancouver and Toronto may be more of a concern.
