Gary Barclay's curator insight, April 8, 2015 2:44 AM

Google is already contextual, I think the future of search will be integration and predicition.  Using all available information about a user (IoT, browsing, shopping), as @Bonnie Burnssays "Behaviour", search engines will try to extrapolate what a user could need?  It will no longer just be search, instead it will be proactive "re-search".

We talked about SEO in class and I think this article has great tips on how to accomplish ranking higher in Google results. Having a great title is really important when it comes to being ranked higher on Google. Obiviously the title tag needs to be short, this article says under 55 words and the keywords that you expect people to look up in order to find you need to be in the title. Using visual media also helps because its boosts the user-interaction signals that Google pays attention to. As stated before, mentioning keywords is crucial. The more keywords, the better.

10 Copywriting Tips to Drive More Engagement on Social Media | Internet Marketing | Scoop.it

No one clicks on your links. No one comments on your posts or shares them. Why? There are a number of possible reasons, but the most likely is that your copy sucks. Fortunately, when it comes to raising the engagement level on your social media posts, the answers are as old as human psychology and advertising in general. The concepts are the same, even if the medium has changed and a few tweaks are necessary.

9. Fornire al lettore una chiara “call to action”.
