Martin Luther King Jr. was brutely attacked during his Chicago Freedom Movement March. We picked this picture because it shows how the whites attacked him.

We chose this photo because it shows how much hatred they had against colored people. It also shows how they where against the way  Dr. Martin Luther King went about injustice and equal rights. The white people had a lot of racial tension  against African Americans. As shown in the picture above the whites were very brutal towards  Dr. Martin Luther King  when he  tried to stand up for our rights.

Even though Dr. king lead in a nonviolent way he was still put down in many ways not only by arguments and protest by whites but physical torcher as well. many times he would doing nothing wrong but simply giving one of his speeches and being such positive voice for the black community whites found many ways to accuse him of nothing
