Especially in Colorado, where water rules everything, it is important to consider partnerships to ensure services are intact.

Could this be why the cost of public utilities such as water, waste water, electric and gas bills are costing more than the usage ready cost? Is the still or some past private contracts that was made by those of previous years ago but now are still required to be paid and that cost is added to the current utilities  customers utilities cost and because of the private contract with the government being such as it is those that are shareholders or investors are getting paid double for the cost imposed upon the current utilities customers cost they do not owe but are not only obligated but required to pay to receive usage of the utilities as they are not given a choice of utilities company to choose from only the one that owes the debt from the past and are told either pay or go without utilities and that is legal because they are municipal governments governed within itself. They create the problem and you have to go to them for resolve of the problem. Which Lord God we ask you to help your people for the earth is yours and the fullness thereof. Thank you Jesus for your Justice. Amen.

This is talking about public polices coming to basically every town . It says that, "You also don’t have to be a conservative to know that all public entities have run out of tools to fix an estimated $3 trillion problem" and also "You don’t have to be a liberal to agree with Krugman that recent revelations of abuses in New Jersey’s privately operated halfway houses are intolerable, or that it’s a bit suspicious that Gov. Chris Christie was once a lobbyist for the company that won that contract."

This article had a cool point of view about the hurdles that businesses will have to jump to be able to be where they want to be. Their new plans are worth a shot.

Check the contracts with the government and court appointed attorneys and then ask yourself who are they working for really exspecially for Family Courts which only low certain attorneys to be court appointed which are DSS attorney and private attorneys also. Private contracts are costing individuals more than money its costing the lives of families and government is using private contracts to make it happen. Therefore there hands appear to be clean of any harm.

Lord God we ask you to forgive all our sins and let your truth be made known about all the evilness of private contracts, contractors with the governments world wide. Lord God stop all that are causing your people unjust harm we ask you to move and reveal all the hidden deals and secrets that you know that exist from the white house to the out house and let them know you are God for we pray not for vengeance because we know vengeance belongs to you Lord God we thank you for not only hearing but answering prayers Lord God you are so so worthy let your holy spirit rest rule and abide as we welcome your holy spirit into all the matters of evilness being done by private contracts. Lord God we ask you to bless all the private contracts and contractors with the government which has are and continue to do their jobs pleasing to you in fairness and justice Lord God loose your warring angels from the third heaven and allow them to do battle on the behalf of each and every person effected by private contracts with the government in each and every area of life. Lord God we thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you Lord God for defeating evil and your justice in the area of private contractors and contracts with the government. In Jesus name Amen
