Our society is always looking for the fastest way to be beautiful and everyone seems to go to their outer appearance for results. In this article the most affective way to stay young, happy and beautiful is to have compassion, kindness and greatness. The easiest way to find beauty is to look inside. This article does a good job of showing that by treating others with kindness you become beautiful inside and out. It also makes you feel more positive and believe it or not you age slower because it helps reduce stress. You begin to see beauty and kindness all around you. It makes life all together beautiful, why wouldn't we want that.
