L’entreprise adresse-t-elle ses VRAIS clients ?Les indicateurs de mesure utilisés sont-ils TOUJOURS pertinents ?D’où vient le risque concurrentiel  de DEMAIN ?Le business model actuel est-il efficace contre les NOUVEAUX concurrents ?Quels sont les NOUVEAUX talents nécessaires pour assurer l’avenir  ?

Et ce quand tout va bien, que vous êtes sur votre air d'allée.
