Muhammad Kamil's insight:

this article clearly shows how important education is. Having a good attitude and character is what really attracted them to education. the really wanted to strive to be better. Nowadays people in the higher end dont have this drive this is a little scary as it may cause they to poverty... the teachers are also very good as they are concerned about their students. "A passion for learning lifts Kenyan youths out of poverty". i feel it is a good story. it can motivate students who are in poverty to get out of it.

This article clearly shows how important education is nowadyas. It has a great impact in our lives in a way or two. By the way, this is my second insight. I read from a book stating, " We are what our evvironment is...". It was from The 7 habits of highly effective teens by Sean Covey. If our environment is dirty, it represents us as dirty. If our environment was silent, it represents us as 'not talking much' people. This is what the quote exactly means. So, if the Keyan Youths' previous school was very mean and unfair, people have different perspection towards the school saying that students of this school are thought to mean and unfair too. Having a good attitude and character is what really attracted them to education. But nowadays, genorous people helping children getting them to the higher ends of studies not for profit are very rare to happen. So, I would like to conclude that eduation, attitude and character will have a huge impact on our future.

A View From The Field: Addressing The Water-Energy-Poverty Nexus

A View From The Field: Addressing The Water-Energy-Poverty Nexus | Poverty Assignment_muhammad kamil | Scoop.it
Much of today’s conversation addressing the increasingly important connection between water and energy is focused on solutions applicable to urban centers and developed nations.

this article tell people that, that more than 1.2 billion people in today’s world still live without access to electricity but nearly 800 million people don’t have access to a clean water source. Are the same people also struggling to survive without a regular supply of clean water? Unfortunately a lack of access to electricity and clean water is only a part of the problem. The combination of energy poverty, water poverty and economic poverty, for example – interconnected, holistic solutions need to be applied. combining solar-powered water purification systems.but all this education therefore we will need to teach the poor so that they will be able to use the item and maybe they will also be able to manufacture the items themselves so that the wont be reliant on people to supply tthem

After reading this article, I feel that not enough is being done in order to stop the deaths related to lack of water. To think that with all the charity groups around the world there are still millions dying from lack of water. Although effort is being put in to reduce that number, it is simply not enough. Even though the method stated in the article will be a big help, it is still not enough. I believe that the best and perhaps the only sustainable way to really help them is through giving the youth proper education. Only with proper education will the community finally be able to break out of poverty and finally be a developed country.

Before reading this article,i know that poverty means that u are struggling alot on making a living. But after reading this article,i was shocked to know that more than 1.2 billion people in today’s world still live without access to electricity and 800 million people don’t have access to a clean water source. and nearly two-thirds of people who lack safe drinking water live on less than $2 a day.how can 800 million people not have access to clean water source?water is essential for human to survive and without it,tons of life will be lost so i hope that people can give those children living in poverty a proper education as only with proper education can you have a brighter future and break free from poverty
