Best Spices to Increase your Metabolism - | Positively Sustainable | Scoop.it
Susan M Davis's insight:

A natural way to increase your metabolism - and easy too! With common spices! Susan M Davis's insight:

“If we can do it, why can’t you?”  We are asking everyone— manufacturers, retailers, and consumers—to share our commitment to fashion that honors people and planet, and to take and share a simple pledge:  “No one should have to suffer and die to produce the clothes we wear.”

Please read the entire post from the Indigenous website. Take the pledge, support eco-ethical fashion, and Pay It Forward - Share with all you know; consumers, manufacturers, retailers.
