Great article to change up your workout routine. This type of workout requires some base training as you are running at, or above your anaerobic threshold.

We know stress makes us eat more. Interesting angle on the same subject - just receiving negative information about an uncertain future made people eat more and also what they perceived to be higher calories. It appears to be a survival instinct - I am under threat - therefore I need more calories.
