Unit 12, Lesson 2-Topic: The song that has got a lot of cover versions (The Zutons - Valerie)

Music video by The Zutons performing Valerie. YouTube view counts pre-VEVO: 6,099 (C) 2006 Deltasonic Records 2002 Ltd.
SBCI's insight:

This is a music video by The Zutons performing the song Valerie.

Although some people may think the original song was recorded by Amy Winehouse (since her version is the most popular one nowadays), it`s necessary to highlight that it was the aforementioned group that launched the song in 2006. Interesting, isn`t it?

Can you think of any cover versions that you particularly like or dislike?

What makes them better / worse than the original versions?
