My MGMT 305, Principles of Management teams have just completed their first major project. Overall I have been very impressed with the deliverables, but room for improvement always exists. Nonetheless, I am going to take them through a formal After Action Review on Wednesday of next week.

I have watched most of them move from a loosely coupled groups to a set of tighter, emergent teams. However, the process of being vulnerable to constructive criticism, building trust, integrity, and honesty takes time. I am confident by Unit 26 most of the groups/teams will be humming as actual functioning TEAMS.
