One month left and I'll be in London as ready as I can be. Have I increase my mileage over the last few weeks? Not at the end of February. We went to visit family in Australia and it was so hot and humid that all our plans of running or even long walks went
"If you can walk 26 miles in a week, you can walk it in a day." I don't know who said it (or if I'm quoting correctly), but when I started training to walk the Sarsen Trail (26 miles) in 2002 I found this quote and and it been in my head ever since. My
I recived an email from TCS London Marathon with the headline "Five months to go!"That's quite scary (and exciting) at the best of times, but very scary when you receive it while being ill. Yes, I caught this horrible cold/ cough that's going round at the moment with the added 'bonus' of a high temperature,

That nasty cold stayed with me longer than I wanted (not that I ever wanted a cold 😉) and although I feel okay now, that cough is still there and I have only little energy for running, or even jeffing. Part of me is worried and I feel I'm wasting time, but if I can't
