8. (Aspect 3) Nurse practitioners have to examine and diagnose the patients condition before the doctor comes in. 

9. (Aspect 3)  They are also required to review the patients tests and read them and figure out the problem.  After that they figure out the best way to treat the patient either if its with some type of medicine or some type of therapy and consnult it with the physician.

10.(Aspect 3) To become a nurse practitioner you are required to have your BSN and also additional training in a form of a masters in science or any additional education or training they need for the specific field they plan to go into.

1.(Aspect 3) To become  a critical care nurse you have to work at least 2 years in a hospital before working in the ICU. And also get your critical care nursing certification from the american association of critical care nurses.

2.(Aspect 3) You have to do this because you have to take other classes to stay up to date to the latest critical care technology.

4. Minimal invasive surgeries are known as "keyhole" surgeries. 

5. Minimal invasive surgeries cause less damage to muscle tissue, and have a short recovery time.

6. Some benefits of this surgery is reduced pain after surgery, fewer complications and side effects, minimal scarring, less blood loss, reduced risk of infection, quick return to daily activities, etc.

7. Some disadvantages are internal organ injury, blood vessel injury, vein or lung blood clotting, breathing problems, etc. 

8. There are many laparoscopic tests.  That many people probably don't know about.   One laparoscopic test is a gynecologic laparoscopy.  Another is a kidney and pancreas transplant.  Also, some spinal surgeries can be done laparoscopically, and some biopsy's of tumors in areas like a tumor of the head, or a liver biopsy.

1. One non-invasive procedure that nurses perform is to check for heart damage or disease.  They can use an echocardiogram, treadmill stress test, or a treadmill thallium stress test. 

2. If these non-invasive procedures find a problem then they may have to operate and fix the problem.  But it is better to get one of these tests first to diagnose the problem than have them just cut you open.
