Insurance trade groups, health care experts and lawmakers say the fallout is likely to extend beyond the individual market, impacting many of the tens of millions of Americans who get their health insurance from an employer.

Maintaining certification requires continuing education and a new exam. The federal government no longer requires psychiatrists who treat children in Office of Refugee Resettlement-contracted shelters to be board certified.

Street pharmaceutical legalized should be given the same opportunities as this non board certified Dr. with psychotropic drugs to and for children. Which as a result the government benefits. What is it about keeping the unwanted, unseen by others until a person of statue care about them and their issues in life which brings the cry for change to and from the right people which some may not see though right in their face all the time.  Dont forget we wrestle not against flesh and blood but some have given full control of their lives to the dark side demon world of evilness which by doing so your life is nothing more than a casualty they are willing to destroy or trade to get what they wanted. How can psychtropic drugs be given to children by non board certified doctor for their and their connections benefit not the children best interest then expect the children to be the average joe without mental issues when they have been prescribed and taking drugs that make them halucinate, go into an conscious but yet unconscious state of mind, brain fog, high as a georgia pine and therefore not a problem to any one they are there but they dont know where the drugs have them on cloud nine. Sitting at their desk just smiling. How can a children be accountable for the side effects of the psychotropic drugs which includes for some violent intendencies.

Today’s fraudster is a Westchester County, New York registered nurse, who worked as a home health aide. He committed Medicaid fraud by stealing nearly $400,000 he did not deserve so that he could feed his piggy bank. Dallas lawyer who planted niece in government job to serve as 'mole' gets 10-year max for medical fraud | DallasNews.com | Hypocrates | Scoop.it
To bilk a government health program out of nearly $30 million, Dallas lawyer Tshombe Anderson and his family members used trickery and outright fraud, prosecutors say.

Anderson had his niece obtain an internship at the U.S. Labor Department so she could snoop through claims files, learn the system and act as a "mole." And Anderson, his wife and his sister formed businesses to bill the federal worker's compensation program for unnecessary medical equipment that in some cases wasn't even provided, according to federal prosecutors.

U.S. District Judge Barbara Lynn sentenced Anderson on Thursday to the maximum punishment of 10 years in prison. She also ordered him to pay more than $26 million in restitution minus what the government has already collected from him.
