Reading this post you have the chance to frame your own definition of happiness. Firstly it seems to be an easy task, but deeply involved you will realize that it is quite a challenging task. On the one hand, you have to be truly frank with yourself; on the one hand you need a lot of self-knowledge. I definitely know, that the time will come when you have to make the decision which one of the following factors is the most important for you: your carrier, your family, your hobby, your social life, your future, perhaps your hobby and so on, everybody can add anything else to this list.
I admit, that the first place of this list changes as time goes by. However, I encourage you to set up you own list and make your future decisions in accordance with it.
I am really interested in your rank as well, so please take your time to send it back to me. :)

A great story and an excellent inspiration! It is about an issue what we face on a daily basis, not being brave enough. As I have experienced, the bulk of my friends could accomplish more complex tasks or projects having bigger volume, and they would have the necessary professional experience and knowledge as well. BUT, they do not have the initiative courage to change or look for something new providing more challenges. It does not matter, whether it is about leaving a job or ending a bad relationship or anything else, the only thing that matters is to take the risk and believe in you.
This post gives you a more than perfect source about how to get over your fears, when it is about to change! I recommend it with all my heart!
