This the normal action of community activist work. They can't shake down the poor because no money. They can't give things away for free how are they to get money from the states.
         It also helps that a democratic governor ask for the opening of the statue of liberty. The veterans of our wars are look down on by this administration. Just look at there actions. The open parks should be open for the tourist industry. Then again that is the private sector jobs and this administration cares only about government.
