Ken's Key takeaway: Watch the first four minutes and you will want to watch the rest. I haven't done fact-checking yet, but my key takeaway is that CBS owns CNET. CNET proudly gave away the piracty programs and used massive resources to spread the programs around. Then they bragged about their SEO power. Now they take legal action on international users of the software that they spread. Just another reason to be disgusted at SOPA, ACTA, and simlar attempts to destroy web 2.0
