Geographically and culturally more a part of Tibet than Nepal, Mustang contains a wild landscape of eroded cliffs and hidden caves. After five days wereach the spectacular walled city of Lo Manthang , the capital of Mustang, and the incredible four storey palace. Manaslu Trek – Trekking around Manaslu Mountain area of Nepal

Manaslu Trek – Trekking around Manaslu Mountain area of Nepal | Nepal Exclusive Tour | Scoop.it
We offer manaslu trek start from gorkha and end in lamjung district. From this trekking trails you can see the beautiful manaslu area
tourinfonepal's insight:

Manaslu Trek is strarts from Gorkha and ends at Lamjung District of Beshi Sahar. Trekking trails goes through Manang district. Trekking around Manaslu offers a unique opportunity to experience relatively "untouched" region of Nepal. Opened for trekking only since 1991 , it provides spectacular beauty along the border of Nepal and China and is now a controlled trekking route which allows organized trekking groups special permits to venture round its spectacular circuit. Located in west-central Nepal, the 177-km trek around Manaslu provides strong walkers the best that Nepal has to offer: fantastic mountain scenery, spanning altitudes from 375 m to 5300 m. a diverse range of ecosystems and ethnic cultures, and a trail that puts one physically closer to Tibet than any other trek in Nepal.
The standard 21 -day hike usually begins in Gorkha but for those preferring a longer trek, the winding road to Trisuli becomes the preface to this exciting walk Because of its isolation and newness to tourism, this trip must be done as a full service trek through an official trekking company. All supplies necessary for the trip (including food and kerosene) must be carried in and all rubbish must be portered out. A Nepalese Liaison Officer must accompany each group to assure protection of both the fragile environment and cultures there.

Kanchenjunga Trek, Kanchenjunga Trekking, Camping Treks, Nepal

Kanchenjunga Trek, Kanchenjunga Trekking, Camping Treks, Nepal | Nepal Exclusive Tour | Scoop.it
Kanchenjunga Trek goes to the Base Camp of the world's third highest peak which has great himalayan attraction and spectacular views of Jannu Himalaya
tourinfonepal's insight:

Kanchenjunga Trek is the trek to the Base Camp of the world's third highest peak Kanchenjunga.

Soak up spectacular views of the Jannu Himalayas from the Mirgin La. Visit serene villages on the boarders of Sikkim and Tibet.

Kanchenjunga, "Treasures of Snow" (28,198ft) is the third highest mountain in the world and was first climbed by a British team in 1956 AD. Here you can endure a tough challenge, and reap the rewards!

We promise this high altitude Himalayan trek will leave an impact on you forever. Kanchenjunga, although a restricted area, perhaps one of the most remote trekking regions, is situated in Eastern Nepal bordering the Indian state of Sikkim. This area houses Musk Deer, Blue Sheep and the maybe even the legendary Yeti. Few westerners have traveled to this remote area.

This high endurance trek starts with a pleasant drive to Basantpur after which an easy walk for three days through Sherpa and Chhetri villages will reach you to a place called Suketar.

From here on you will feel isolated and far away from civilization, walking on a route along a ridge towards the Tamur River, enjoying panoramic views of Makalu (27,825ft) and Chamlang (24,000ft) peaks. After covering the forests and rhododendron thickets the Kanchenjunga range dramatically reveals itself. The route continues up the Tamur River through Limbu Villages (where a pot of Tongba can be had) to the terraced mountainside village of Amjilassa and the legendary Sherpa village of Ghunsa (11,400ft). The lovely monastery in Ghunsa makes for an interesting visit before the first glimpse of a sea of unclimbed peaks including Jannu (25,289ft), know as "Mystery Peak" or "Terror Peak" is visible. The trail goes on to reach the edge of the Kanchenjunga Glacier and, after crossing the lateral moraine you will come to the junction of Lhonak Glacier (15,680ft) and the valley beyond it. The campsite at Lhonak can be reached by crossing this junction, an undisturbed landscape of unspeakable beauty.

After a couple of days of rest and exploration at Lhonak, including a day trip to Pangpema (16,900ft) to admire the north face of Kangchenjunga, you will continue back the same way home. There is an option however, if the team is interested, to cross two passes, the Lapsang La (16,760ft) and Sinion/Mirgin La (15,300ft) depending on the conditions. On the last day of your trek you will walk back to Suketar to catch a flight to Biratnagar and a connecting flight from there to Kathmandu.
