Broccoli May be a “Miracle Food” for Prostate Cancer Patients. This remarkable study found that prostate cancer patients who ate one serving daily of broccoli-family vegetables had 59% less risk of having their cancer get worse during the two year follow-up period, compared to men eating none of these vegetables.
